Long-form narration, dense visual cadence and documentary-style image planning.
30-second raw PembiTube outputIllustration-led educational content using the same production workflow with a different visual treatment.
30-second raw PembiTube outputNarration-led fictional storytelling showing the pipeline outside documentary and explainer formats.
30-second raw PembiTube outputThe demos are intentionally short. PembiTube is designed for long-form output; these clips show the production style without publishing full channel videos on the sales page.
It knows which stage comes next, what has already finished, what should be reused and what needs repair. You talk to Codex; Codex runs the pipeline.
Dense timed image beats, narration alignment, parallel generation and final chapters. Not a 60-second clip generator stretched beyond its limits.
Completed narration, images and valid assets survive resume. Objective failures can retry without setting fire to everything that already worked.
Choose a built-in writing system for History / Documentary, Educational Animation / Explainers, or Fictional / Revenge Storytelling. Codex can use the selected skill itself, or Claude can handle scripting if you prefer.
Set the days and times you want scripts and production to run. PembiTube can pick up an approved script later and continue the production job without you sitting at the computer.
Set the channel up once. Then let the production contract keep future jobs consistent.
PembiTube ships with three scriptwriting skills: History / Documentary, Educational Animation / Explainers, and Fictional / Revenge Storytelling. Let Codex use them, schedule Claude to write with them, use the Claude API, or bring your own approved script.
Choose ElevenLabs or MiniMax. Codex walks you through setup, reads the copied API key from your local clipboard and writes it to .env without asking you to paste secrets into chat.
Choose your production days, script deadlines and start times. Codex can pick up the approved job on schedule, create the visuals, assemble the video, run QA and output the final package.
PembiTube is designed for that gap. Use the subscriptions and computer you already control instead of paying another platform by the finished minute.

Your jobs, assets, narration and renders live in the production system you control.
Upload the finished MP4 or take the winners into CapCut or DaVinci for music, captions, filters and branding.
Tested across long-form documentary, animation-led explainer and storytelling formats. The documentary workflow has primarily been tested with a predominantly 55+ audience. Best suited to formats such as:
V1 is best suited to long-form, narration-led content where the visuals can be planned as still images, illustrations or simple animated scenes. It is not trying to automate every YouTube format.
PembiTube is the commercial version of a workflow built to handle long scripts, hundreds of timed visual beats, narration, image workers, checkpoints, assembly and final QA. The goal is reliability, not a flashy one-click demo.
*Actual capacity depends on your Codex, narration-provider and optional Claude plan limits, usage and job complexity.
PembiTube is still being hardened in real production. Join the list and I’ll let you know when the first public version is ready.
You’ll still use your own Codex/OpenAI account and ElevenLabs or MiniMax narration account. Optional Claude usage is billed by Anthropic. Those provider charges go directly to those companies, not to PembiTube.
It fills that need differently. PembiTube is a Codex-powered production system for long-form image-led documentaries. Instead of selling you finished video credits, it coordinates the tools and subscriptions you already control to produce the documentary.
Set up the channel once, choose how scripts are created, connect ElevenLabs or MiniMax, then give Codex a topic or production schedule. Codex handles the production job and delivers the final MP4 and YouTube package.
Yes. You can provide your own approved script, let Codex write it, or optionally use Claude. PembiTube then creates narration, timed visual beats, generated imagery, assembly, QA and the finished video.
No. Codex can handle research and scripting too. Claude is an optional route for creators who want scheduled scriptwriting or want to spread production workload across separate subscriptions.
V1 is designed around ElevenLabs and MiniMax. Codex walks you through the connection process and keeps API credentials out of the chat by reading them locally from your clipboard into a git-ignored environment file.
Not by default. V1 produces the clean image-led documentary. If you want more polish, take the finished MP4 into CapCut or DaVinci Resolve and add your own music, captions, filters, transitions or branding.
PembiTube has been used for long-form history documentaries, educational animation/explainer videos and fictional revenge storytelling. The documentary workflow has primarily been tested with viewers aged 55+. V1 is focused on narration-led evergreen formats rather than claiming it can automate every YouTube niche.
PembiTube ships with three scriptwriting skills: History / Documentary, Educational Animation / Explainers, and Fictional / Revenge Storytelling. You can let Codex use the selected skill directly, use it with your optional Claude scripting workflow, or supply your own finished script.
Yes. You can set production days, script deadlines and production start times. For example, Claude can finish a script earlier in the evening and Codex can pick it up later and start production on schedule.
In current testing, a roughly 30-minute video uses about 10% of Codex usage and has run fine on Terra. Treat that as a practical benchmark rather than a guarantee: usage can vary with retries, topic complexity, image generation and whether Codex is also doing the research and scripting.
No product can guarantee that. PembiTube is designed to make the pre-monetisation production stage cheaper and more repeatable so you can publish, learn what the audience responds to and decide whether the channel deserves a bigger production budget.
